We are currently recruiting for a position at the Hanoi Office for the following jobs:

POSTION: ACCOUNTANT
Job description	Check daily receipts and expenditures Manage receivables and payables, coordinate with the customer debt collection department In charge of administrative work at the Company In charge of making contracts, quotations (assigned),… Recording and accounting of daily arising transactions into the company’s own software Issue output invoices, control input invoices, coordinate with tax accountants to balance report data with tax authorities Arrange storage of accounting records Prepare weekly, monthly, quarterly or ad-hoc reports at the request of the Manager Some other requirements of the Manager
Working time	Working at the company’s office full-time from 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., with a 1.5-hour lunch break Holidays according to current regulations of the state
Requirements	Have at least 2 years of experience Graduated from University with major in Accounting and Economics Proficient in using accounting software 1A/Fast/Misa is an advantage Can prepare quarterly tax reports, financial statements is an advantage Proficient in using word, excel, powerpoint
Others	Communication skills, teamwork. Agile, flexible.
