We are currently recruiting for a position at the Hanoi Office for the following jobs:

POSTION: ECONOMIC CONSTRUCTION ENGINEER
Job description	Quantitative analysis for cost analysis and credit assessment of green buildings Collect and update unit prices for materials, construction components, MEP . system Perform calculation of payback period, life cycle cost (LCA & LCC)… by software Other tasks assigned by the Director
Working time	Working at the company’s office full-time from 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., with a 1.5-hour lunch break Holidays according to current regulations of the state
Requirements	Possess a Bachelor’s degree in Construction Economics or equivalent At least 1-2 years of experience working in the field of architecture, construction Responsible, have a sense of advancement at work Preference will be given to candidates who have LEED AP, LOTUS AP, EDGE Expert certificates or have experience in participating in green and energy efficient projects.
Others	Good conversational English Ability to present in front of a crowd
