POSITION: <\/strong>CONSTRUCTION ECONOMIC ENGINEER – GREEN BUILDING CONSULTANT<\/span><\/span><\/strong><\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
Job description<\/em><\/strong><\/td>\n\n
    \n
  • Quantitative analysis for cost analysis and credit assessment of green buildings<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n
  • Collect and update unit prices for materials, construction components, MEP system<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n
  • Perform calculation of payback time, life cycle cost (LCA & LCC) … by software<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n
  • Other tasks assigned by the Director<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
Working time<\/em><\/strong><\/td>\n\n
    \n
  • Full time at Hanoi office from Monday to Friday, 8:30 a.m. \u2013 17:30 p.m., lunch break in 1 hour<\/li>\n
  • Public holidays according to state regulations<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
Requirements<\/em><\/strong><\/td>\n\n

  • Having degree specialized in Construction Economic Engineering<\/li>\n
  • At least 2 years of experience<\/li>\n
  • Priority is given to candidates with certificates LEED AP, LOTUS AP, EDGE Expert<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n

  • Excellent verbal communication skill in English<\/li>\n
