The building has 5 floors + 1 technical floor with a total floor area (GFA) of 3875 m2. The project is the actualization of Vietnamese policies and regulations on developing Green Buildings and Energy-efficient Buildings.<br \/>\nThe project achieved LOTUS GOLD certification with a total score of 65\/108, meeting requirements for environmental protection, efficient use of energy and resources as well as ensuring health and comfort for users.<\/p>\n\t<div id=\"gap-1050496549\" class=\"gap-element clearfix\" style=\"display:block;
