The green building sector is one of the potential investment industries globally and in Vietnam. According to the International Finance Corporation (IFC), Vietnam’s green buildings sector has nearly US$80 billion in investment opportunities. The Green Infrastructure Investment Opportunities (GIIO) report presents key trends and developments in green infrastructure and energy. It has shown a significant investment potential of nearly US$100 trillion worldwide in the period of 2019-2030.
