VSIP Nghe An – Toward a Sustainable Green Industrial Park Model
The VSIP Nghe An project, developed by VSIP Nghe An Co., Ltd., is located in Nghe An Province. The three-story building has a total gross floor area of 2,611 m² and was implemented between 2019 and 2020 and has been completed. The project achieved LOTUS NR V2.0 Gold certification, with VILANDCO serving as the LOTUS green building consultant and certification advisor, reaffirming the investor’s commitment to sustainable development from the design and construction stages.
The project adopts various effective green solutions, reducing water consumption by 43% and harvesting rainwater to meet approximately 65% of landscape irrigation demand. It also optimizes energy performance through building envelope design and efficient air-conditioning systems. More than 70% of occupied areas receive natural daylight, over 90% of spaces have access to outdoor views, and LED lighting systems help reduce lighting power density by more than 60%. In addition, the project restores 46% of the site’s ecosystem, contributing to a healthy and sustainable working environment.
