Bee Building: A Seamless Integration of Living and Working Spaces
Located in the vibrant coastal city of Da Nang, Bee Building, with a total floor area of 1,500 m², has been developed with a green building approach from the early design stage, aiming to achieve EDGE Advanced certification—a high level within the EDGE rating system.
Building on this foundation, design solutions have been implemented to optimize the efficient use of energy, water, and materials, in alignment with local climate conditions and operational requirements. This integrated approach not only enhances building performance but also creates a comfortable and efficient user environment, while clearly reflecting the project’s commitment to sustainable development.
