Greenera – Ngoc Hoi Residence, developed by STELLAR and located at 486 Ngoc Hoi in southern Hanoi, features a total floor area of 150,000 m². The project aims to create a green-standard residential community that optimizes energy and resource efficiency while offering a sustainable living environment for its residents. Its architectural design embraces a modern, airy approach that harmoniously integrates living spaces with on-site amenities.
The project is pursuing EDGE v3 Certified/Advanced, focusing on strategies to reduce energy consumption, conserve water, and adopt low-carbon materials. Once completed, Greenera – Ngoc Hoi will become one of the few residential developments in Hanoi applying international green building standards—enhancing quality of life and contributing to sustainable urban development.
