Five Star Truong Chinh – A Green Office Building Achieving LOTUS Gold Certification
Located on Truong Chinh Street, one of Hanoi’s major transportation arteries, Five Star Truong Chinh is a 12-story office building with a total gross floor area of 9,984 m², developed with a strong focus on green and sustainable design. The project targets LOTUS NR V2.0 Gold certification, demonstrating a strong commitment to enhancing workplace quality and optimizing long-term operational efficiency.
VILANDCO participated in the project as the LOTUS green building consultant and certification advisor, working closely with the investor to optimize the building envelope, select high-efficiency MEP systems, and implement resource-saving solutions. As a result, the building achieves up to 65% energy savings and over 40% water savings, while ensuring that more than 90% of spaces benefit from natural daylight and open views, contributing to a modern, comfortable, and environmentally friendly working environment.
