Sea Star Hotel – A Luxury Hospitality Project Pursuing Green Standards in the Heart of District 1
Located on Le Thi Hong Gam Street, right in the core of Ho Chi Minh City’s central area, the Sea Star Hotel is being developed as a contemporary landmark for accommodation and urban retreat. With a total floor area of 9,485.8 m², the project aims to create a high-end, comfortable hotel environment that harmonizes with its surroundings.
The development is pursuing LOTUS NC v3 – Silver certification, focusing on energy efficiency, sustainable material use, and enhanced guest comfort. Once completed, Sea Star is expected to become one of the pioneering hotel projects applying green building standards in the center of District 1.
