Job description |
- Guide and oversee HVAC system design to ensure compliance with Green Building (GB) and energy efficiency requirements.
- Perform energy modeling, CFD simulations, and building performance analysis using software tools (BIM, BEM, etc.).
- Conduct calculations and documentation for Green Building certification credits, including LEED, LOTUS, EDGE, and other rating systems.
- Participate in the management and coordination of Green Building consulting projects (LEED, LOTUS, EDGE, etc.).
- Contribute to the development of training materials and quality management procedures.
- Support project team activities and tasks as required.

- from Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 17:00 p.m., lunch break in 1 hour
- Public holidays according to state regulations

| Requirements |
- Bachelor’s degree in HVAC Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field from reputable universities such as the Hanoi University of Science and Technology, National University of Civil Engineering, or equivalent institutions.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in the design and/or supervision of HVAC systems for construction projects in Vietnam.
