Job description
|
- Provide MEP consulting services and implement MEP-related scopes for green building projects.
- Prepare, review, and finalize documentation for LEED, LOTUS, EDGE, and WELL certification credits.
- Coordinate with clients, design consultants, contractors, and suppliers throughout the project.
- Respond to certification bodies’ comments and update project documentation as required.
- Standardize technical documents, workflows, and checklists.
- Train and mentor new staff on MEP systems and green building practices.
- Research and stay up to date with the latest MEP standards, technologies, and solutions.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

| Working Hours |
- Full-time, office-based position from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday, with a 1-hour lunch break.
- Public holidays are observed in accordance with the current regulations of the Vietnamese Government.

| Requirements |
- Bachelor’s degree in MEP Engineering or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in MEP design, construction, building operation, or energy auditing.
Experience with LEED, LOTUS, EDGE, or WELL certification projects is preferred.
- Good command of written English and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong teamwork, communication, and project schedule management skills.
