On July 30, 2026, the LEED v4.1 O+M Gold Certification Award Ceremony for TTT Corporation was held with the participation of representatives from TTT Corporation and VILANDCO.
The TTT Corporation project successfully met the rigorous requirements of the LEED v4.1 Operations and Maintenance (O+M) rating system for existing buildings. The certification recognizes excellence in building management and operations through comprehensive performance across key categories, including energy efficiency, water conservation, indoor environmental quality, waste management, and sustainable maintenance practices. This achievement reflects TTT Corporation’s commitment to adopting internationally recognized green building standards while reinforcing its long-term sustainability strategy and optimizing building operational performance.
In this project, VILANDCO served as the LEED certification consultant, supporting TTT Corporation throughout the entire certification journey—from the initial building assessment and development of a roadmap to meet the LEED v4.1 O+M requirements, to the preparation of technical documentation and coordination with all relevant stakeholders during the review and certification process.
This successful collaboration contributes to raising awareness of the important role that existing buildings play in reducing carbon emissions, improving resource efficiency, and advancing sustainable development goals.
