Van Ho Inter-Agency Headquarters – A Green Administrative Complex Targeting LOTUS Silver Certification
Located on Le Dai Hanh Street, Hanoi, the Van Ho Inter-Agency Headquarters is an administrative complex comprising six above-ground floors, one penthouse level, and three basement levels, with a total gross floor area of 17,540 m². The project is developed following a green building approach to serve the working and public service functions of various departments and agencies, while targeting LOTUS NR V2.0 Silver certification during the design and implementation phases.
Participating as the LOTUS green building consultant and certification advisor, VILANDCO works closely with the project owner to integrate sustainable solutions, including the use of environmentally friendly construction materials, non-fired bricks, and the development of green landscapes covering more than 30% of the site area. These measures enhance workplace quality, improve the microclimate, and contribute to creating a modern, efficient, and community-friendly administrative environment.
