Millennial Tower – Shaping the Standard for Grade A Green Offices in South Saigon
Millennial Tower is a Grade A office development by UOA Tower TTS Company Limited, located in the South Saigon New Urban Area (Tan Trao Street, Ho Chi Minh City), with a total gross floor area of approximately 60,056 m². The project was launched at a time when the southern district is emerging as a major financial and commercial hub, with the ambition to deliver a modern, high-performance office building targeting LEED BD+C: Core & Shell – Silver certification.
