The project is positioned to become a model industrial facility—modern, energy-efficient, and environmentally friendly—aligned with the LOTUS NC v3 Gold certification.
Initiated in 2025, the project prioritizes sustainable design strategies such as optimizing natural ventilation and daylighting, using low-emission materials, and managing water resources efficiently. Upon completion, it is expected to enhance operational performance, provide a high-quality working environment, and reaffirm Makita Vietnam’s commitment to sustainable manufacturing.
