AVC Technology Vietnam Factory – A Large-Scale Industrial Project Oriented Toward Green Development
The AVC Technology Vietnam Factory is built on a 96,788 m² site in the Dong Van III Supporting Industrial Park. It comprises 15 workshops and operational areas designed to accommodate up to 5,000 employees. The project has achieved LEED v4 BD+C – Certified, reflecting strong efforts in sustainable design and operation.
The facility stands out for its optimized water use, fully utilizing rainwater for irrigation and significantly reducing indoor water consumption. In terms of energy, the project achieves a 20.5% reduction in total energy use, while effectively managing construction waste throughout the building process. Thermal comfort is ensured across the entire functional area, providing a safe and comfortable working environment for thousands of onsite personnel.
