Quan Dat Factory Achieves LEED O+M Gold Certification Through Sustainable Operational Excellence
In September 2025, Quan Dat Factory in Binh Duong was awarded LEED v4.1 Operations & Maintenance (O+M) Gold certification by the U.S. Green Building Council (USGBC).
Rather than constructing a new facility, Quan Dat upgraded its existing factory, which has been in operation since 2011, to meet LEED’s sustainable operations requirements. LEED O+M evaluates actual building performance based on 12 months of operational data, including energy and water consumption, indoor environmental quality, waste management, and sustainable purchasing practices. The certification demonstrates the company’s long-term commitment to maintaining high standards of operational sustainability and environmental performance.
