This milestone demonstrates the company’s commitment to optimizing building performance, minimizing environmental impact, and advancing sustainable development in accordance with internationally recognized green building standards.
Located in Tay Ninh Province with a total floor area of 21,100 m², the project demonstrates that existing industrial facilities can significantly enhance their operational performance by adopting sustainable building management and maintenance practices. Achieving LEED v4.1 O+M GOLD certification reflects the project’s excellence in energy and water management, indoor environmental quality, and operations and maintenance while reinforcing AgriS’s long-term commitment to sustainability amid growing ESG expectations and decarbonization goals.
Serving as the Green Building Consultant, VILANDCO supported the Owner throughout the entire certification process, from conducting the initial building assessment and evaluating compliance with LEED requirements to developing operational improvement strategies, preparing technical documentation, and coordinating with the U.S. Green Building Council (USGBC) during the certification review process.
The achievement of LEED v4.1 O+M GOLD certification is the result of implementing a comprehensive range of operational improvement measures, including optimizing energy and water performance, strengthening waste management practices, enhancing indoor environmental quality, establishing sustainable operational policies, and integrating renewable energy solutions.
