Sao Thai Duong Factory – A Pharmaceutical & Cosmetics Complex Targeting LOTUS Gold
The Sao Thai Duong Factory is developed in the Dong Van Industrial Park (Ha Nam) with a total area of 60,760 m², comprising a 5-storey production block and a 3-storey high-tech building. The project aims to establish a modern manufacturing facility that meets the stringent standards of the pharmaceutical–cosmetics industry while ensuring sustainable operations aligned with the company’s green growth strategy.
Targeting LOTUS NR v2.0 Gold certification, the project focuses on optimizing energy efficiency, enhancing indoor air quality, and increasing the use of environmentally friendly materials and technologies. These strategies lay the foundation for a green, safe, and high-performance factory model aligned with Sao Thai Duong’s long-term development vision.
