Pioneer Polyclinic: A New Standard for Community Healthcare
Completed in 2017 with a floor area of 7,750 m2, Pioneer Polyclinic is not only a multi-specialty healthcare center but also a model of modern medical architecture in Singapore. The project is designed with a patient-centered philosophy, cleverly integrating green spaces and community areas into its high-tech infrastructure.
The project applies a dynamic flow simulation solution for natural ventilation and is evaluated according to the Green Mark certification guidelines, aiming for Platinum certification. The design solution focuses on enhancing natural ventilation to improve patient recovery time, while creating indoor and outdoor common areas with comfortable microclimates, contributing to improved treatment environment quality and user experience.
