Saigon Tower – A Green Office Landmark in the Heart of the City
Saigon Tower, a Grade-A office building constructed in 1996 and operated by Daibiru Corporation (Japan) since 2012, has achieved LEED v4.1 O+M: Platinum certification — the highest level for existing buildings. Saigon Tower demonstrates that existing buildings can operate sustainably, contributing to a dynamic, modern, and environmentally harmonious Ho Chi Minh City.
The project was renovated and operated with a clear strategy: optimizing energy and water efficiency, enhancing natural ventilation, and improving indoor environmental quality. Design and operation work in tandem to create a modern office environment while maintaining sustainability as a core value — benefiting not only tenants but also the wider community and urban environment.
