Centec tower
Centec Tower is a Grade A office building located at 72–74 Nguyen Thi Minh Khai Street, District 3, Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. The building was designed, completed, and put into operation in 2009, featuring 23 above-ground floors and 3 basement levels, with a total office area of approximately 30,000 square meters. It is recognized as one of the first Grade A office buildings in Vietnam to be fully developed by a domestic company.
With a long-term vision and a strong commitment to sustainable development, the building owner decided to pursue LEED certification for the operational phase of the building. This strategic initiative aims to enhance energy efficiency, optimize building operations and management, reduce environmental impacts, and provide a high-quality indoor environment for occupants. It also reflects the owner’s dedication to creating a sustainable and future-ready workplace that aligns with international green building standards.
