S-Space Office Building – A Flexible Workspace Aiming for Sustainability

Located in Ho Chi Minh City, the S-Space Office Building is designed as a modern workplace that emphasizes flexibility, efficient space utilization, and user experience. With a total floor area of approximately 1,600 m², the building is designed by TTT Architects and follows a small-scale office model that is thoughtfully organized to accommodate the diverse working needs of today’s businesses.

The project is oriented toward LOTUS Small Building – Silver certification, focusing on sustainable design and operational strategies that optimize resource use and enhance indoor environmental quality. Initiated in 2023 and currently progressing toward completion, the project aims to deliver an efficient, environmentally friendly office building with long-term functional value in an urban context.
