Da Nang English Center – Optimizing Energy Efficiency for Educational Spaces
The Da Nang English Center is an educational facility constructed in Da Nang City in 2018, with a total gross floor area of 1,683 m². The project was developed with the aim of enhancing the quality of learning spaces while focusing on energy efficiency and user comfort.
Within the scope of the project, VILANDCO was responsible for conducting energy simulations to support the evaluation and optimization of design solutions related to lighting, ventilation, and building systems. Through performance analysis and operational forecasting, the project sought to reduce energy consumption and improve thermal and visual comfort, thereby creating a friendly, sustainable learning environment aligned with green building development principles.
