BTC Office – An Office Building Applying Energy Simulation for Operational Efficiency
BTC Office is an office building project located in Binh Duong, Vietnam, constructed and put into operation in 2020 with a total gross floor area of 4,500 m². From the early design stage, the project placed strong emphasis on energy efficiency and operational optimization, aiming to create a modern, comfortable, and sustainable working environment.
In the role of energy simulation consultant, VILANDCO supported the project owner in evaluating and optimizing the building’s energy performance through various design and operational scenarios. This approach enables BTC Office to better control energy consumption, improve long-term operational efficiency, and contribute to reducing environmental impact and operating costs for the business.
