Office Lease Expansion of Petrolimex Aviation Fuel JSC is a sustainably renovated office space that has achieved LEED v4 ID+C: CI – Gold certification. The project stands out for its resource-efficiency solutions, including a 45.73% reduction in indoor water use and a 15.8% reduction in energy costs, with corresponding reductions in greenhouse gas emissions based on LEED simulations. The project also places strong emphasis on indoor environmental quality, with 80.18% of the floor area meeting daylight requirements and 76.91% offering quality views, creating a comfortable, healthy, and user-friendly working environment. By making use of the existing building and integrating solutions for energy, water, transportation, and occupant well-being, the project demonstrates an efficient and sustainable green office model in the heart of the city.
