Viet Yen District Party and Mass Organizations Headquarters: A Public Building Advancing Sustainable Standards
The Headquarters of the Party and Mass Organizations of Viet Yen District (Bac Giang) has been developed with the vision of becoming a modern, resource-efficient, and environmentally friendly administrative facility. With a total floor area of 4,668 m², the building meets the centralized workspace needs of district-level political units while improving working conditions through green design principles.
The project has achieved EDGE Certified status, recognizing its energy-saving strategies, reduced water consumption, and optimized material use—contributing to the district’s broader sustainable urban development goals. As one of the few district-level public buildings applying green standards from the design stage, it reflects Viet Yen’s strong commitment to a greener and more sustainable transition.
