ARCHITECT – MANAGER & COORDINATOR OF BIM PROJECT
Viet Land Investment Consulting and Construction Joint Stock Company (VILANDCO) was established in 2007, mainly operating in the field of investment consulting, design & construction. Since 2011, the company has working with Vietnam Green Building Council (VGBC) to develop the building in Vietnam towards sustainable development that focuses on energy-saving, environment sustanability, health improvement and quality of the living and working environment.
Currently, the company is also a distributor, technical support and training for ARCHICAD software (Graphisoft) in Vietnam and is looking for a candidate in Hanoi as follow:

| Job description | – Managing and coordinating tasks of BIM project of the company
– Attending premieres & demo about features of ARCHICAD software to customers. – Preparing the curriculum and direct teaching BIM & ARCHICAD training courses organized by the company – Surveying and researching on BIM ecosystem of ARCHICAD & Nemetschek (Germany) |
| Working time | – Full time at office from Monday to Friday, 8:30 a.m. – 17:30 p.m., lunch break in 1 hour
– Public holidays according to state regulations |
| Requirements | – Architecture degree of Hanoi Architectural University, National University of Engineering and other relevants.
– Proficient at using Archicad or Revit software – Knowledge or experience about designing of BIM model with Archicad or Revit software for building project in Vietnam |
| Others | – Excellent verbal communication skill in English |
