On September 13, 2024, at Hanoi University of Science and Technology, the program EXPERIENCE CONSTRUCTION PERFORMANCE SIMULATION USING DESIGNBUILDER SOFTWARE was organized by Dat Viet Investment and Construction Consulting Joint Stock Company (VILANDCO) and Vietnam Green Building Academy (VGBA) for students of the School of Electrical and Electronics Engineering – Hanoi University of Science and Technology (SEEE).
The program is part of a series of activities based on the memorandum of understanding (MOU) between VILANDCO and SEEE, with the aim of improving the experience, skills and career opportunities for students, especially students preparing to do their graduation projects. The series of experiential activities has 2 sessions, taking place on September 13 and September 27, 2024.
Here, the students were introduced to Design Builder software by teachers and seniors from VILANDCO & VGBA, and shared career development opportunities with software skills. The students were exposed to case studies, guided and practiced energy simulation analysis based on sample models. In addition, the experience session also allowed students to work in groups to practice and present their group’s results with the software skills they had learned.
The end of the experience session was the awarding and certification of participating students, with the hope that they will continue to improve their knowledge and skills to serve their work needs and the constant development of society.
