Currently, the company is also the sales representative in Vietnam & Southeast Asia for software firms Designbuilder (UK), Openstudio & Energyplus (USA), Envi-met (Germany) specializing in energy & performance simulation. projects, urban microclimate simulation… VILANDCO is cooperating with universities in Vietnam and abroad for scientific research and training activities on green buildings and simulation software. We are currently recruiting for a position at the Hanoi Office for the following jobs:

POSTION: BEM INTERN
Job description	Perform work related to simulation of building performance (energy, lighting, ventilation …) by the consulting company Participating in research and training activities on green buildings and energy and building performance simulation software Calculation of credits under green building certification (LEED/LOTUS/EDGE) related to energy simulation (trained by the company after hiring)
Working time	Morning shift: 8:30 am – 12:00 pm Afternoon shift: 1:30 pm – 5:30 pm
Requirements	Currently a student in the fields of heat and cold, mechanical engineering, electricity, energy, architecture, construction at universities such as University of Science and Technology, University of Civil Engineering, University of Architecture, Vietnam-France University, National University ,… Know how to use Office, CAD, 3D software.
Others	English communication and reading specialized documents (quite). Communication skills, teamwork. Agile, flexible.
