Recently, The cluster of Tay Ho Tay primary and secondary schools have just awarded LOTUS NC V3 Full Certification at Certified level. Accompanying the project, VILANDCO is honored to be the green certification consultant for investor Capital House Group.
The project is located at Lot 02, Tay Ho Tay New Residental, Xuan Tao Ward, Bac Tu Liem District, Hanoi, with a total area of 31,232 m2. The project was completed & put into operation from October 2023.
Achieving LOTUS Certified certification, the project has some of the following outstanding green features:

- 30,7% reduction of total energy used compared to the baseline model.
- 16,7% COP improvement achieved through using efficiency Chillers and AC systems.
- Reduction of the water consumption through fixtures of 42.8%.
- 89,1% of all non-structural walls is made up of non-baked materials.
- 98.3% of the net occupied area has external views.
- BIM is used in design, construction and operation of the buildings.
