POSITION: CONSTRUCTION ECONOMIC ENGINEER – GREEN BUILDING CONSULTANT
Job description
  • Quantitative analysis for cost analysis and credit assessment of green buildings
  • Collect and update unit prices for materials, construction components, MEP system
  • Perform calculation of payback time, life cycle cost (LCA & LCC) … by software
  • Other tasks assigned by the Director
Working time
  • Full time at Hanoi office from Monday to Friday, 8:30 a.m. – 17:30 p.m., lunch break in 1 hour
  • Public holidays according to state regulations
Requirements
  • Having degree specialized in Construction Economic Engineering
  • At least 2 years of experience
  • Priority is given to candidates with certificates LEED AP, LOTUS AP, EDGE Expert
Others
  • Excellent verbal communication skill in English
  • Be able to present in public
