Saint-Gobain Offices Hanoi is located on the 17th floor of Capital Place, 29 Lieu Giai – The first building in Hanoi to provide Grade A standards and has achieved LEED Gold Certification. The project has just achieved the official LOTUS Gold certification according to the LOTUS Small Interiors V1 standard for green interior spaces assessed and certified by the Vietnam Green Building Council (VGBC). Viet Land Investment Consulting and Construction JSC (VILANDCO) is very honored to be the green building consultant for this project.
With a total floor area of 674m2, with effective, creative, and sustainable design solutions, the project maximizes the 3C criteria: Collaboration – Concentration – Comfort. In addition, the project is also adorned with many traditional architectural features of ancient Vietnam, providing a really comfortable, close, and cozy working space for users.

- Using low VOC materials, sound-absorbing materials. Effective application of products produced by Saint-Gobain.
- Save more than 40% of water consumption through the use of water-efficient appliances.
- Up to 46.5% improvement in lighting power density (LPD) compared to QCVN 09:2013.
- 71.4% of the usable space is provided with daylighting.
- 84.5% of usable space has good quality views to the outside.
- In addition, there are other green criteria such as thermal comfort, refrigerant, green traffic, operating waste management, etc.
