On December 1, 2022, the TD School Middle School project received provisional certification under the LOTUS New Construction V3 Rating System, certified by the Vietnam Green Building Council (VGBC).
As the green building consultant for the LOTUS certification, VILANDCO supported the TD School Middle School project in achieving this provisional LOTUS New Construction V3 certification.
Some of the project’s notable green features include:
- 61% savings in the Lighting Power Density (LPD) index
- 99.6% of the usable spacae is supplied with fresh air
- 99% of the usable space has views to the outside
- 98% of the usable space has good views
- The project uses a Water Monitoring system to control water usage
This serves as a foundation for enhancing the building’s operational efficiency and increasing benefits for the investors and users in the future.
