Viet Land Investment Consulting and Construction Joint Stock Company (VILANDCO) was established in 2007, mainly operating in the field of investment consulting, design & construction. Since 2011, the company has working with Vietnam Green Building Council (VGBC) to develop the building in Vietnam towards sustainable development that focuses on energy-saving, environment sustainability, health improvement and quality of the living and working environment. The company is currently a distributor in Vietnam and Southeast Asia for Designbuilder (England), Openstudio & Energyplus (United States), Envi-met (Germany) specializing in energy simulation & performance, microclimate simulation, ARCHICAD software (Graphisoft, Hungary) specializing in BIM model. VILANDCO has also cooperated with universities in Vietnam and abroad for research and training on green building and simulation software & BIM. | Job description | – Selling software by the company as a distributor to meet sales need |
– Customer services
– Searching and finding customers as universities and training organizations to implement training courses
– Building and updating the content of website, facebook and others of the company
– Attending conferences in introduction and advertisingWorking time– Full time at office from Monday to Friday, 8:30 a.m. – 17:30 p.m., lunch break in 1 hour
– Public holidays according to state regulationsRequirements– Bachelor degree in Business administration
– Having three years of experience at least in technique sales
– Having experience in marketing online (Facebook, Google…)Others– Excellent verbal communication skill in English
