On March ’22, the Vietnam-Korea Institute of Science and Technology achieved the LOTUS Non-residential V2.0 Silver certificate — certified by the Vietnam Green Building Council (VGBC).
VILANDCO, a green building consultant, has accompanied the investor and the Vietnam-Korea Institute of Science and Technology to achieve LOTUS Non-residential V2.0 Silver certification.
Some outstanding green features of the project can be mentioned as follows:
- Final performance of 29.6% of total building energy use reduction
- Project achieve 61% of LDP reduction
- 2% of water savings
- 5% of the total value of the materials in the project is from recycled materials
- 3% of all non-structure walls are made up of non-baked materials
- 100% occupied spaces supplied with sufficient fresh air
- 5% of the net occupied area achieves a direct line of sight to the outdoor
- 5% of the net occupied area has quality views
This will be the premise for enhancing the efficiency of the operation of the works, increasing the benefits for the Investor as well as creating a position for the products and services created in the certified Green Buildings.
